Fast Four | Rowie McEvoy: MAX Fitness College Founder & Lover of Life!

By July 2, 2018Event

Rowie McEvoy is on a mission to empower every single person with the ability to live a healthier, happier life. She’s been told she’s ‘unrealistically happy’, or that ‘no one can possibly be happy all the time’. Rowie’s out to prove people wrong! From being on BRW’s Young Rich List (recognised as one of the richest people in Australia under 40), to founding the MAX Fitness College, she steadfastly believes everyone can live the life they want and deserve, but first you have to take action.

“Your mindset is YOUR choice – no matter where you come from, you CAN make something of yourself”

Rowie has been a part of the Altitude Day Roadshow for over 10 years, sharing her message in (almost) every city! In 2018, Rowie hit every city except Melbourne… that’s a power house effort. The message is simple, everyone should be H.A.P.P.Y – healthy, action orientated, passionate, positive, and YOU! Rowie brings incredible energy to every single Altitude Day, and we’re so thankful to have her as a valuable part of the Roadshow.

Here’s what Rowie shared when we asked her our Fast Four questions…

What are you most passionate about?

Sharing how HAPPY, healthy, fit and strong, can be simple and easy to do for the folks who want to be xx

What action are you taking to influence change in that area?

My life is literally a daily (365 every year) commitment to sharing this simple message via all avenues of social media, chatting both for business, for any school who asks, and sharing my time with whoever wants to be healthy, fit and strong xx. My life/business – the MAX fitness business college is committed to developing top level Fitness Professionals to help deliver a simple healthy, fit and strong message.

AND the most important avenue; living and practicing all I share with my world xx

What is the greatest lesson you have learnt on your journey so far?

Be respectful of myself, all people and all things!!

What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?

Stop wanting people to like me and being the person people will respect, whether they like me or not. What other people think of me is none of my business! Best the world hate me, and I respect myself than the world likes me and I do not respect myself xx
