We offer a range of leadership and positive education programs for students in Years 5 – 12. Our engaging and interactive programs develop the leader within, demonstrating that everyone can make a positive contribution to their school community.
Our travel adventures are positive and meaningful personal growth experiences. We believe the best way to explore the world is by immersing in a new culture, challenging yourself with outdoor adventure and giving back to the local community.
In addition to our school programs, yLead delivers multiple leadership events and conferences in locations all across Australia. These events attract the nation’s finest young leaders and those who are passionate about making a difference.
yLead’s online experiences are adaptions of our face-to-face workshops and can still be tailored to your desired outcomes and goals. With over 200 hours of online facilitation experiences, we are discovering innovative and unique ways to serve your students.

Incredibly valuable to our Year 12 students!
The conference was honestly the best three days of my life! From the people you meet, to the lessons you learn, it was all just incredible.Participant, Australian Student Leadership Conference 2015
This trip was a once in a lifetime experience. I made life-long friends and experienced out of this world activities. You would be insane to not to go!Thrill Out Participant, 2015
The students were engaged and learnt a lot about themselves and how to become an effective leader. It was a super way for primary students to get to know each other better and draw on each other’s strengths.Teacher, St Catherine’s School Waverley
Acknowledgement of Country
Today, and every day, we recognise and pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which yLead HQ stands; the Jagera and Turrbal People. We would also like to pay respect to the Elders past, present and emerging of the Yugambeh Mibin and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It is a privilege for us to live, love, lead and learn on Indigenous Country all across Australia.
