Returns and Exchanges
yLead takes pride in using high quality materials, printing accurately and clearly communicating updates on shipping time. yLead does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If the print or material is found to be unsatisfactory, yLead will accept a return. If the customer chooses to receive a reprint of the apparel, it shall serve as the sole remedy. yLead’s return policy does not extend to reprinted apparel.
yLead cannot offer an exchange for ill-fitting apparel. If the fit of the product is found to be unsatisfactory by the buyer, yLead will offer a refund. Please use the sizing guide provided.
yLead makes every effort to ship products that match representations made at the time of a purchase. However, due to variations in product availability, yLead may substitute products of a similar colour or style. In rare cases when substitutions do occur, yLead will always send the buyer a product of equal or superior quality. yLead does not guarantee refunds on the sole basis of product variability.
When issuing refunds, yLead is able to refund a the cost of the product, not the shipping expenses.
Finally, yLead would like to make you aware that we are a not-for-profit association and all monies from the sale of our products will enable us to continue our mission of supporting schools and empower young people.
