Your submission will be forwarded directly to our CEO and CFO for immediate action. Complaint Options
At yLead there are three options for our complaints process:
Option 1: Named Complaint – All partied involved will be aware of who had lodged the complaint
Option 2: Semi-Anonymous – yLead Management Committee will know who has lodged the complaint but all other parties will not and you will remain anonymous
Option 3: Complete anonymity – No one will know who has submitted the complaint.
Please know that if you choose to remain anonymous, we respect your decision. However, it is strongly encouraged that you place your name on this report so that we can take appropriate action. If you do not attach your name, it makes it difficult for us to support you, follow up with further questions and/or to report back with the steps we have taken.
