WHAT’S IT LIKE WORKING AT YLEAD?

At yLead we work hard; our impact allows us to be a part of something that is bigger than ourselves.

Working at yLead is more than just a job. It is the feeling of knowing that you belong to a community, hundreds strong, that believe in empowering young people to make their world a better place! The adventure may include dinner in the outback or climbing a mountain along the way!

EXPLORE THE IMPACT OF OUR EXPERIENCES

If you haven’t heard of who we are and what we do, take a look at these videos featuring highlights of previous experiences we have created.

The Australian Student Leadership Conference (ASLC). The conference is delivered annually in four unique locations and that has a brother program in New Zealand – Rangatira.

The yLead team is committed to serving young people. 2020 threw us some challenges and we adapted (as great leaders do) to facilitate online. We are proud of what we created and online facilitation now forms part of our ‘normal’ calendar.

yConnect (EVOLVE 2021). This conference is delivered for our volunteer yTeamers and last year was adapted to be facilitated online via Zoom.

yGuide. This six week online course was created to support young people in staying focused on their goals and aspirations, providing them with an opportunity to be a part of a strong, supportive network of like-minded leaders.
