A one day event for Year 6 students to help them transition from Primary School into High School.

As a joint collaboration, Oxenford & Coomera Community Youth Centre, Northern Gold Coast Communities for Children and the yLead Association, are proud to present Step Up! A one day event for Year 6 students to help them transition from Primary School into High School.
The interactive day will be facilitated by yLead leaders in creating transformational spaces for young people. Their young and vibrant facilitators will deliver an experience that focuses on the answers to the questions posed above. Students will develop confidence, resilience, social skills and self motivation, and more importantly think of high school as an exciting journey ahead!
