Heading into Semester 2 can look a little different for everyone… you may be feeling pumped that the year is halfway through, or be a bit nervous that the end is nearing. As a leader, perhaps you are someone that has a solid plan for what’s to come, or maybe you’re a little stumped for ideas. Whatever you’re feeling is totally normal, and what’s comforting to know is that you are a part of a huge connection of leaders around Australia and New Zealand. Brainstorm with other leaders about events and initiatives you could run in Semester 2

Speak to others about experiences you’re having, such as navigating lockdown

Set a clear vision on the legacy you want to leave behind as a leader and action steps to take moving forward
