Our lives can move forward on autopilot. This weekend is a deliberate pause; an invitation to take notice of who we’ve become, and to look closer. Is this life mine? Does it match what I value? If not, how will I evolve?
This year at yConnect, we embrace the magic of taking notice and looking closer. A theme that invites us to pause long enough to really see the lives we’re already living and ask whether they look like the lives we want.
Just like a lens slowly bringing the world into focus, our days reward us with a second look: the small details and the bigger patterns, the rushed moments and the still ones, the masks we sometimes wear and the people waiting underneath. Through it all, we’re learning to find stillness in the noise, meaning in the everyday, and the courage to aim ourselves toward what matters most.
Join us as we step away from the routines and roles that keep us running, and dive into a weekend of reflection, play, and connection. Together, let’s discover what it means to truly see… not just the people we serve, but the lives we are quietly building for ourselves.

Location & Date:
Our national yConnect conference will begin on Friday 3rd of July 2026 at 1pm and will close at 1pm on Sunday 5th July at Tyalgum Ridge Retreat!
The closest airport is Gold Coast Airport (QLD). We can support all interstate and local yTeamers in getting to the venue.
What will our three days together look like?
Day 1 | Take Notice: Slow down and land. The lens opens on yConnect as the rush of the week fades and we settle into something more intentional. Day one is all about arriving – not just in person, but in attention. Through warm welcomes, developing connections, and play, we ease into the gentle practice of paying attention to ourselves and to each other.
Day 2 | Look Closer: Eyes wide open – it’s time to delve deeper. Today is all about honesty – looking at who you really are, what you’re actually doing with your days, and what you’re giving the world (and what it costs you). Over the course of our day and into the evening, we get hands on and reflect to explore the gap between who we are and how we’re living.
Day 3 | See Clearly: Aim and step out – the time to bring it all together. As our weekend draws to a close, we lift our eyes from the inward work and ask the question that matters… now what? Day three is a call to clarity, not perfection. It’s taking that next step into courage to decide what you’re aiming toward as we step back into the world we came from, hopefully a little more awake than when we arrived.
Your Investment
yConnect is a gift to our yTeam. Every year yLead HQ comes together to curate a unique experience that honours all of you. We want this experience to be accessible to all no matter their financial situation; however, it still costs money to purchase conference resources, merchandise, as well as provide food and accommodation.
yLead makes no profit from yConnect and does not incorporate program design or time spent organising this event into the fee. Please appreciate the quality that we put forward for the price that we offer. We do our absolute best for you as you continually do for us.
The full investment is $350 incl GST. Investment includes facilitation of program, all activities, yConnect merchandise, accommodation, and meals from Friday morning tea to Sunday lunch.
How do I pay?
The incredible cash Kali will be in touch once registrations have been made. You will receive an invoice from us to pay the amount. To secure your seat, all you must do it register online. Payment plan options will be available.
